Damaged or defective items
Keem Harun and keemharun.com will always ensure that items sold are in excellent condition before leaving the store(s) and thus cannot be returned once purchased. In the rare case of items damaging during delivery, please immediately contact our customer care department on +234 (806) 928 2550 or email [email protected] This should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.
If you are located in our Cash On Delivery regions – please contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected] or calling +234 (806) 928 2550 to arrange a pick-up.
If you are located outside our Cash On Delivery area, send goods back to Keem Harun via DHL, and contact Keem Harun before a return. Once claims are validated, Keem Harun will speedily refund the cost of shipping to you. If claims are not substantiated, Keem Harun will cover the cost of returning the item back to you.

Timing for refunds or replacements vary by location:
- Lagos returns may take up to 8 days
- Outside of Lagos returns to Cash on Delivery areas may take up to two weeks
- Areas served by DHL may take up to 3 weeks.
